Q: How do I get an offer?

Q: I need to sell my house fast. How long might it take for me to receive an offer on my home?

A: Each situation is unique, but we pride ourselves in being able to make accurate and fair offers.

Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties?

A: Yes we do. We take into consideration the cost of repairs, the value of the property based on what have been sold in the area in the past few months, and the profit we intend to make.

Q: Are there any fees or commissions you charge?

A: No. We may make you a full cash offer, once you accept the offer, we’ll buy your house. No hassle. Closing fees will apply.

Q: What if my house needs repairs?

A: That’s ok. We buy houses in “as-is” condition. Which means you don’t have to make any repairs.

Q: I’m facing foreclosure, will you still buy my home?

Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

Q: How are you different from a real estate agent?

A: Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers if there are any (the average time to sell a property in many markets right now is 6-12 months) and then take a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Sometimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your house (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent). Agents provide a great service for those that can wait 6-12 months to sell. We’re not agents, we’re home buyers. Our company actually buys houses.
